Hello,
Firstly with regards to your penis enlargement issue - The fear that your penis looks too small or is too small to satisfy your partner during sex is common. But studies have shown that most men who think their penises are too small actually have normal-sized penises.
Similarly, studies suggest that many men have an exaggerated idea of what constitutes "normal" penis size.
Also note it is not the penis size which matters but it is how you perform in bed is more important.
I would instead recommend you to pay more attention to your second issue that is your premature ejaculation issue. If you not able to sustain your erection long enough you to either penetrate or reach orgasm then trust me your job is undone. As for a men to be sexually satisfied he should either successfully penetrate or reach orgasm to reach satisfaction.
Also note judging yourself on the basis of Masturbation is not the right way. As you are married you must have realised by now there is way difference between what you do with your hand and what you do in reality.
