Penis shaft swollen..balloon like
Since morning penis shaft swollen like balloon from behind the head of penis inside the foreskin..No pain also I can retract the foreskin behind, normal urination no pain.. please help what do I do? Can I apply coconut oil? Zydip C cream? Or do I take AF400 tablet
