Penis foreskin tight when errect
I'm 26 year old when I get errect my penis foreskin doesn't come back it feels tight..  rolls down slightly when i try but not fully in flacid state I can roll down it completely .. is there any treatment.. for this other than circumcision

There are two types of possibilities here.  First is mild phimosis and second is short frenulum. If phimosis is present we can treat with steroid cream. If it is short frenulum then we should go for frenuloplasty done by urologist
