My penis foreskin only opens half then after it forms a ring like structure and doesn't go back beyond it. I daily while bathing open the foreskin and wash the glans and apply coconut oil on the foreskin and do it forward and backward 15 times. How can I make the foreskin fully loose so that it can pull back completely and how can I increase its elasticity please help?
