Penis foreskin not opening full
My penis foreskin only opens half then after it forms a ring like structure and doesn't go back beyond it. I daily while bathing open the foreskin and wash the glans and apply coconut oil on the foreskin and do it forward and backward 15 times. How can I make the foreskin fully loose so that it can pull back completely and how can I increase its elasticity please help?

Hi The problem you are facing might be due to the problem of Phimosis or Paraphimosis in which usually the skin gets attached to the glans which prevent it from retracting back . Your condition requires a physical examination. For  consultation please book and appointment on practo app
Next Steps
You cannot treat a phimosis or Paraphimosis condition by lubrication hence try to consult for further workup .
Health Tips
Forceful retraction may result in severe pain or bleeding hence not adviced. In Severe cases it may lead to surgery
