Penis foreskin
Hello sir / mam I'm feeling dryness under my penis foreskin and glanspenis area. when I try to pull back my foreskin it comes back but it was slowly like dryly attached to glanspenis area. no inflamation, no pain. my urine examination was normal and ultrasound shows normal.

Hello balanitis and phimosis should be ruled out if required you can undergo circumcision consult surgeon for further evaluation and treatment.
