Hi I am satish, when we are having sex, I used to do foreplay before sex at that time my penis is harder and big.
But when insertion I don't know whether it her problem or me penis is not going to insert more than 2 inches. And after 1 min or 2 it will ejaculate.

Yes this is a problem which is curable hence you need not worry.
