Burning sensation while passing urine along with discharge of a white fluid from the penis can occur due to several reasons. The most common causes include urinary tract infection, urethral inflammation, prostatitis, or genital infection. Sometimes irritation due to dehydration, excessive masturbation, or infection can also produce similar symptoms. The white substance coming out when you press the penis head may be: • Residual semen • Prostatic fluid • Urethral discharge due to infection If semen is leaking without sexual stimulation, it may also be related to urethral irritation, prostate congestion, or infection. ⚠️ Important signs that need medical evaluation: • Burning during urination • Persistent white discharge • Pain in penis or lower abdomen • Frequent urination • History of unprotected sexual contact ✅ What you should do: • Drink plenty of water (2.5–3 liters daily) • Maintain proper genital hygiene • Avoid sexual activity or masturbation for a few days • Avoid spicy foods, alcohol, and smoking • Get a urine routine test and urine culture done • If discharge persists, consult a doctor for STD screening and prostate evaluation In many cases this condition is treatable once the exact cause is identified. Do not ignore persistent burning or discharge, as early diagnosis helps prevent complications. — Dr. Jitesh Bhatt, MD Homeopathic Physician & Wellness Consultant
