Burning sensation while passing urine along with discharge of a white fluid from the penis can occur due to several reasons. The most common causes include urinary tract infection, urethral inflammation, prostatitis, or genital infection. Sometimes irritation due to dehydration, excessive masturbation, or infection can also produce similar symptoms.
The white substance coming out when you press the penis head may be: • Residual semen
• Prostatic fluid
• Urethral discharge due to infection
If semen is leaking without sexual stimulation, it may also be related to urethral irritation, prostate congestion, or infection.
