  4. Penis base. That hernia are 5 cm long?

How big a hernia can be cause I hv something small fatty layer at the base of my penis not big ,it disappears at flaccid state and appears when it began it erect and expands a little and is painful as I hv studied that hernia are 5 cm long ??
