Regarding some hard growth in penis base
I was sexually active in early age and 6 years ago it just started itching after some time some hard growth was there. Now as time passes the problem is persistent and progressing in genital area,with a lot of small hard growth visible at the base of penis,over shaft, groin area and some of them in balls. I also have oral problems i am worried is it hpv or hiv...pls help

Hi, I'm Dr. S.R.Raveendran, M.D. If you had unprotected sex, it can be due to sexually transmitted disease like herpes and syphilis. Kindly do rule out for STD panel test. If the result turns negative it can be a fungal infection, for that you can use local antifungals.
