Penis base problem
I hv something at the base of my penis on the left side it's like a fatty layer which forms like a round thing at base,usually soft at flaccid state but becomes a little hard on erection and also makes my penis to curve a very little towards left and there is also pain in my penis sometimes in very less amount and also in groin ..I hv uploaded a pic of it ,it is situated at the bottom of base ,what's this,is it a normal ,like a secreation or something else ??? Or is it a plaque of pyronie's
