Sensitivity at the base of the glans
I have sensitivity and strange white dots at the base of the penis head (glans) internally i.e. not over the skin. I have not had penetrative vaginal sexual intercourse and I am very sceptical this is any kind of sexually transmitted disease as it has been there since I was a teenager long before I had any sexual contact whatsoever with the opposite sex. Please advise as to how to proceed and what sort of issue this may be.
