Lichen planus can resolve on its own without treatment or be chronic, even with aggressive treatment. Penile LP should preferably be treated to prevent futher progression into erosions. Occasionally they can also lead to malignancy if it starts growing and left u treated. There r medications for the same. Consult a Dermatologist for further evaluation.
