Pendulous abdomen
After two c-sections i ve got pendulous abdomen. Can it b reduced??? I walk for 15 mins and climb stairs whenever possible. I dont see any reduce in weight.

Hi..generally after pregnancy the muscles weakens n the belly is fatty. It can be definitely reduced very easily. I believe a new woman is born after each delivery n she can get the desired shape if worked on properly.. Its the right time

Know ur body n have customised diet..small n frequent. Don't starve n be empty stomach. Keep itself hydrated. Drink water before meals n not after.

Hello... Pendulous abdomen is due to laxity of abdomen... With each pregnancy abdominal strength weakens and woman add on weight.. You have to do abdominal strengthening exercises... Do aerobics or yoga, its good for health.... Take care of your diet..........
