  4. Pelvis problem. Or not please help me!

Pelvis problem
I am therapist and i have a problem in my abdomen and pelvis.We done us ultrasound and the result is 1.No free fluid is seen in the abdomen.No obvious mass lesion,calculus or hydronephrosis is seen in either kidney.No abvious focal lesion or fibroid is seen .Bulky left ovary with 19mm follicle.Free fluid in the cul-de-sac. Can i continue my work or not please help me

You can continue your work.Free fluid in cul de sac means you are having infection means pelvic inflammatory disease.Take medicine after consulting with the gynaecologist and maintain hygiene.
