Pelvic pain
Recently, like from past 1 month im having this lower abdomen pain(pelvic), its not severe but not ignorable pain.! due to lockdown im sleeping late in the night like aroung 2:00am and wakingup at 11:00 in the morning so not having my breakfast and directly eating lunch and having dinner..! and having hard bowel moments..! help me out with this..!! do i need to see a doctor.?

Your history suggests the problem and the reason both.i feel you are a conscious person who understands the problem yourself.try to rectify the lifestyle and u might be better .if not please see a doctor or consult online

Lockdown does not mean our life habits should go haywire. Eat proper meals Exercise Wake on time and go to bed on time. Take milk and isabgul to take care of hard stools. Drink lots of water.

If your bowel movement becomes OK, your pain will be relieved. Take plenty of water, vegetables and ispagullah. If still the problem persists, you can take some pain relief medicines.

Change your lifestyle.. Have proper eating and drinking water habits, use lot of green veggies in meal.. Do light exercises..

Hi. The pain is probably due to constipation and straining during motion. You need to drink water as soon as u get up and then through out the day . Also eat salad and some fruit daily . If possible have warm milk at night . Do some excercise daily .
