Pelvic pain
Hello dear Doctors. Q: I had severe pain in my right lower abdomen and found enlarged mesenteric lymph nodes in right iliac fossa. TB has been ruled out .Appendicitis and stones over ruled by ct scan. Uti over ruled by urine test and urine culture. Now I have pain in my right groin area and vaginal pain sometimes, frequent urination, cloudy urine. Few days back I had mild transparent watery vaginal discharge which was very less so that didn't stain on my panties. I had this discharge for few days. So what is my actual problem. Please do help!

A complete physical examination is a prerequisite. As you have mentioned, you have had CT Scan to rule out appendicitis. That is very rarely done. If you had lymph nodes in Rt iliac fossa, how did they rule out TB (except by doing a biopsy)? You should get Urine culture done (including for AFB by PCR) , a high vaginal swab. As I mentioned, you should have a complete physical examination.  Tele-consultation may not be the best answer.

Use a course of antibiotics and repeat your tests, with antibiotics the enlargement should subside since already other causes have been ruled out.
