Pelvic and pubic pain
I am suffering from pain in pubic area and thigh joints post baby delivery. It was a normal delivery.It been 3.5 months since I delivered still this pain is not going. I have  difficulty and pian when turning in the bed. I am regularly doing excercises. How much time it takes to heal pelvic floor pain ?

You need to do exercises specifically tailored for this issue which can be due to condition called diastasis pubis symphysis.

You're doing exercises, that's good. Pelvic Floor exercises alone may not be sufficient. Consult a Physio, general assessment followed up with well prescribed exercise plan can help.

Do pelvic floor exercises with lower back stretching and thigh strengthenjng exercises. It depends on body condition, how the body responds to exercises and other treatment if any.

Start doing kegel exercises along with back and hip strengthening exercises.visit nearby physiotherapy clinic for proper assessment Take rich diet in calcium and vitamin D.

Start with pelvic floor exercises n leg exercises. Massage til oil lightly on area affected. Diet rich in calcium. Check your vit D levels

Is it on the left side, that needs a pelvic compression....from the buttock side. Sometimes using a sacroiliac belt helps

Yes, this pelvic pain that also post delivery is very common because during pregnancy you would have underwent various mechanical and physiological changes in your body mainly on your pelvic region . So it is very important to do strengthening exercises for your pelvic floor muscles. Recovery all depends on individuals wise ; how frequently and correctly you are doing exercises. Thank you
