Is there a way to diagnose pcos without transvaginal ultrasound or blood test (if possible) I have a very low pain tolerance, anyways so I have been irregular periods like only 2-5 times a year and only lasting like 2-3 days max , I have been gaining weight especially around my belly area , and my hair are thinning extremely near my scalp , and I have visited a gyno like 5-6 months ago for irregular periods and I was prescribed Norethisterone , first month it was fine got my period but the next month when I got my period with it I started throwing up everyday and everything I ate , couldn't even walk and lost appetite and my cramps were so bad , didn't take the pills again
