Hi am suffering from pcos due to lockdown i cant go to doctor and i haven't got my period from last 4 months

if there is a possibility of pregnancy rule out that with the help of a urine pregnancy home care kit if it is negative then you can contact directly for prescription for withdrawal bleeding as the periods not come for more than 4 months

Take Tablet Regestrone 5 mg three times a day for 5 days After you stop taking the medication you will get your periods after 7 days Take Pcos diet Milk with turmeric at night Take bittergourd and amla daily Take Jamun fruits Reduce oil Increase onions and garlic and tomatoes Take wheat based diabetes diet Take egg white and fish Avoid egg yellow and other non-veg

Since u have pcos , after upt u may take a withdrawal with meprate 10 mg bd for 5 days. U can always take an online consultation if you cant go anywhere as u need to get further advise and counselling on weight loss , diet modification etc for a solution to your probelm

Hi. If you have done urine preg test and it is neg then please start tab Regesterone 5mg twice a day for 5 days . After stopping the tab you will get the periods after7 to 10 days .
