Pcos, irregular period. My periods why?

I had took pcos treatment last year from May to October and afterthat I got my periods on time . I got married in December Last year till Feb 2022 my periods were on time but after marriage I got it for 2 months ie.January and February but before my periods I got extreme headache just like migrane and skipped my periods for the month March .my doctor suggests me to take primolute n for 3 days (a tab thrice a day) but didn't not get my periods why ? She also suggested me to take pcos treatment for 3 Months again. My weight is just 51 and i m kind of skiny and i do excercise on regular basis but she suggested me to do the excercise more otherwise your pcos will not under control. I can't understand what to do ...i m not pregnant ..just feel tiredness and backpain, whitedischarge cramps in stomach . Should I need to retest my prolactin, ultrasound and all
