Pcos and fibroid
My cycle day is 10. I took letrozole 5mg to induce ovulation. I have pcos However during follicular study there is a 7.2 × 6.0mm sized intramural fibroid is seen on the posterior wall. Uterus is normal in size. ET size is 3.5mm Left ovary 12mm follicle Right ovary 7.3mm follicle My question is about the fibroid. Is it severe does it needs to be treated? Will it affect me in conceiving. What needs to be done please suggest

Size doesnt matter only if u have excess bleeding in periods or bleeding in between periods then u need to get operated or medication

Fibroid size is small. Doesn’t need any intervention at this point.
