Done laparoscopic ovarian drilling and after that taking letrozole for 4 cycles, Got periods for 3 times between 30-35 days. 4th cycle 6weeks no period, bhcg is 0.42. Taking primoult n now to get period. My husband's count is 30Mn, 30%motile. Any suggestions to increase chances of conceiving? Is letrozole not working out?

Conception depends on multiple factors. Letroz will help ovulation. If ovulation happened after letroz, nothing wrong with that. Husband should also consult for low sperm motility Exercise, may be take a break for a month or two.
