PCOS diet & lifestyle
I was diagnosed with PCOS one month back. And I am doing home workout 6 days a week from past two years. After the PCOS diagnosed, I joined gym. Is it fine to do gymming? I am having Ginette35 as told by my doctor. As for diet, I'm doubtful about it. Can I include dairy & other milk products, eggs, and high GI fruits( bananas, mangoes etc) or avoid it completely? Should I have a gluten free diet? As of now, I eat multigrain rotis with some amount of wheat flour. Please guide me properly.

Homoeopathic medicines cure PCOS permanently.Homeopathy believes that the human body has been perfectly enabled by nature to keep itself disease free. It is only when the immunity or its own internal vitality is deranged that the body becomes incapable of keeping itself disease free. Therefore Homeopathy tries to restore the balance of that vitality. Once the vitality regains its original balance, it is able to nurse itself back to health without any external aid. That is why homeopathic medicines are given in very minute doses A homoeopathic constitutional treatment will give you a permanent cure naturally You can easily take an online consultation for further treatment guidance and permanent cure without any side effect Medicines will reach you via courier services

You do not have to  completely avoid all high Glycemic index foods, but consume it in moderation. Low GI foods maintains  your energy levels by preventing blood sugar spikes. Include Olive oil, Coconut oil, walnuts , green leafy Vegetables, pear, apples etc. Studies have shown that cutting down sugar and dairy products improves insulin sensitivity and balances hormone levels. As far as gluten is considered it depends if you are having any intolerance to it. If it is not giving you any bloating or any other gastric problems whole grains should not be a problem

Dear Madam, Since you are exercising you can have fruits and dairy products.  It's better you reduce sweets and fried oily item s and junk foods. There is no specific diet for PCOS. PCOS is a hormonal issue which will improve a lot with exercise.
