Pcos problem
I have PCOS since 2 years & my height is 5.7 feet & weight is 85kgs. I'm 28years old. I conceived through letrozole 5mg but had a blighted ovum. How much weight should I lose for healthy conception.?

10percent body weight loss will surely lead to betterment of symptoms of pcos , where as for healthy conception there are certain other things that need to be considered, you should consult your obg doctor as there might be LPD ( LUTEAL PHASE DEFECT) Associated and they can provide you with needed supplements
