Which dosha cause pcos
Vata dosha need to be treated first to treat pcos though it is caused by kapha imbalance?please tell me how do i understand this whole process?

PCOS is caused by all three doshas - Vata, Pitta and Kapha.There is individual to individual predominance of dosha in PCOS patients.Generally there is vata dominance in patients and therefore first vata is treated as vata is said to be yogvaahi and said to have control over 2 remaining doshas.
