  4. Pcod problem. Please give the answer!

Pcod problem
I have pcod problem, doctor suggested me surgery to remove the systes . In the month of June they did leproscopy and removed the systes. My problem is after the surgery there is no egg release even after they gave HMG 75 iu injection but there is no egg release. What is the reason please give the answer
