More than 8 years ago, I was diagnosed with thyroid issues and pcos due to irregular periods. I was on medication for it but eventually stopped when my periods came regularly on time. Again since last year my periods have been irregular again.
What lab tests should I get done or are required to be done before I visit a gynaecologist?

There are many things which need to be done.
But foremost I would advice you to reduce weight and do your TSH ,FT3/FT4 levels...as you are already on thyroxin... thyroid levels need to be monitored regularly if on medication.

If I may correct you, irregular periods are a consequence of disordered metabolism known as PCOS, sometimes thyroid issue may a part of this disordered metabolism.
You are a bit overweight for your height, and the unhealthy excess weight may be the reason for the altered metabolism.
This may alter your thyroid, lipid profile , sugar, androgen levels too.
Next Steps
Hence you may need thyroid profile, Fasting insulin, sugar, Fasting lipids, Serum testosterone along with a pelvic scan
Health Tips
And the good news is it is completely reversible with lifestyle changes...diet ,exercise, meditation.

The diagnosis of pcos is by an ultrasound where the ovarian volume is more than 10 CC
Once a patient of pcos is always a patient of pcos because ovarian volume almost remains the same
Blood tests are only adjuvant you don't need them
Moreover pcos only requires Lifestyle modification
For thyroid you can get your TSH levels checked
