Pcod (ovarian cyst)
Hi I have pcod frm past 6 years how ever my weight was under control .however In the month of March my cyst ruptured and I started gaining a weight alot...now my weight has increased and I have alws delay periods (btw 32 to 48 days) I work in aviation and weight issue has become a problem..is ther any way I can get my harmones and pcod in control with some tablet or syrup .I do walk and do diet stil hot helping me..please guide me .I used to take normoz tablet ..can I continue that or is der any other tablet wch can help me ..pls advise
