So my periods were due on 11th July but i got bleeding on 8th July till 13 july it was bright red in color and had lot of clots and cramps So should I be worried if I am pregnant or not . Or should I take a pregnancy test.

As you got proper bleeding  from 8 th July, no need  to do. If you have any doubt  you can aswell  do it,for benefit of doubt.

The bleeding you had — 5 days, bright red, clots, cramps — sounds like your period or an ipill-induced withdrawal bleed, which is very common after two emergency pills. Pregnancy after this kind of heavy bleeding is unlikely. If still worried, take a urine pregnancy test now — it's been long enough to be accurate. Avoid relying on ipill repeatedly — consider regular contraception.
Next Steps
Consult me on Practo if test result is unclear or bleeding pattern stays irregular.

No if the bleeding is persistent with lot of pain and cramps then you should consult a gynaec for further evaluation with serum beta hcg and a scan . Please consult online for further evaluation.

You should take pregnancy test as you have missed your period date.
