Yes you are absolutely right, Gluten & milk products increase inflammation in case of gastric patients. But in case of PCOS OR PCOD you should stop all caffeine products & stress. Yes it does in some cases. You can switch to a vegan and gluten free diet. You can replace dairy milk with almond or coconut milk products
