Hi Divya here, Hey I have consulted the doctor and got to know that I have pcod ..I am married and trying for baby but I am unable find the ovulation time .I am not able to convince .. I was under medication for somedays for pcod ..ie folic acid another one ..I think metphor I forgot the tablet name .but later I left taking those pills . I am having irregular periods ..every 40 -45 days I get periods, acne,facial hair & sudden weight gain . I was doing excise now I am not able to do.i am feeling dizzy and  hungry not stopping yet all ..I am just worried .I just want to know why I am getting this .. Please give me a good solution for pcod and tell me why I am feeling dizzy and hungry all the time . Having very big dream of baby. Please help me out. Thanking you in the advance.. Regards, Divya

Take Tablet Metital twice a day 30 days 30 minutes after breakfast and dinner with a glass of water

Take 3.5 litres of water daily Take serum T3T4TsH test and serum Prolactin empty stomach fasting blood levels

The only treatment for pcod is weight reduction If u reduce weight Ur period will be regular Once ur perids are regular will be easy to conceive U can connect online fr a prescription Also get ur Thyroid levels checked
