PCOD issue
I had irregular periods and I was gaining weight.
Hence,I consulted a doctor,she suggested me to do PCOD test,
Now the report says I have PCOD.
Could you please advise the medication to be followed and diet to follow to cure PCOD and to reduce weight.

Pcod s to be controlled with lifestyle modifications , diet and exercise apart from medications.
There a lot of medications available and its different for different patients.
