PCOD, hairfall, excessive sweating
I have been diagnosed with PCOD. I started working out to keep it under control and trying my best to avoid sugar my problems: 1. When I work out I sweat excessively...I see the others doing the same are not sweating as bad as me. 2. I also get tired fast...no stamina... sometimes with high intensity workouts, my heart pounds (sometimes palpitates) and I give up. 3. I also have bad hair fall now. Are all these related? Which specialist should I consult?

You need to pace up your exercise at a constant rate, not all at once, you need to pickup day by day. Diabetes is often seen with PCOD. You need to consult a Gynecologist / Endocrinologist.
