Pcod, constipation, Migraine. Or not.

I hav pcod and trying for first baby.. I was getting regular Period of 30 days cycle From March 15th met gynecology  Started taking these tablets folmate, Ovigyn d3, diamet sr 500 and normoz April 11th I got very scanty light spotting For 3 days then again April 24th I got light bleeding For 3 days wen asked my gynic She said its ovulation bleeding The problem now is I didn't get my period till now may Month.. I check pregnancy test on May 14th and may 19th it is negative Now again consulted my doctor She said to wait till this month end so am Confused if am pregnant or not.. I am so confused Wen my period as regular All these while after taking the above medicines my period is delay for this month is it pregnancy or not..
