Pcos s not a problem it s jus a condition which needs few lifestyle changes fine by u. Basically u jus need to remember all d good habits v were thought n early childhood like eat lotta fruits n veggies avoid junk sleep on time hav a sound sleep for 6 - 8 hrs stay fit n b happy
