Sir I am suffering from left knee patellar tendonitis. Please suggest me a treatment and cure for it sir

As a sports physiotherapist,i simply can tell u as ur condition is due muscle imbalance around d knee & load crossed ur tendon effort which makes it little weak......just give stability for it then train Vastus medialis oblique muscle through midsquats & facilitate proprioception around knee .
