Patches on the tongue are generally associated with Ulcers, Infections or Deficiencies. And sometimes associated with signs n symptoms like redness , burning sensation etc based on the existing problem. It needs proper examination, evaluation and history to determine the diagnosis. Hi, photos are not clear, patches on tongue are due to lot of reasons from vitamin deficiency to viral fever and can be normal variation. It is better to consult a dentist for better diagnosis.
