Patch on hand
Hi, I am male 46 years. I noticed this patch on my hand since last late evening. I see slightly yellow skin when I for up this morning. There isn't pain in this area and sensation too. Can you plz suggest whats this and any action required. Thanks.

It's most likely a bruise you got a day or two ago. I'd suggest monitoring for now and observing your body for any more such lesions. If you are on any regular medication, have a doctor review them. If you have a fever, or any other symptoms, consult a physician.

Cbc As such  notice platelets. R u on any blood thiner? It's common in such condition. Locally apply Thrombophob gel two times  for few days.

It's bruise . If you get it frequently, you need to do test like pt inr , aptt , bt ct Take limcee 500 mg twice daily for 2weeks Apply thrombophob ointment thrice daily local application for 5days
