Passing mucus in stool

Asked for Male, 28 Years

For the past 3-4 days I have been passing mucus in stool. The mucus is present generally when the first lump of stool passes out. I would like to mention that I am suffering from fistula and undergoing ayurvedic treatment for the same. My diet is mostly boiled food.

The only possible treatment of Fistula is some surgical procedure. Mucous in stool may be related to fistula or some other Intestinal cause. Rectal examination is needed FOLLOWED BY other tests DEPENDING on findings of EXAMINATION.
