Hi this is prathap physio.. As per age you will be playing..and it may tear from grade 1 to 2 or 3.. You must visit physiotherapy clinic So they will teach you the exercises which is required for your knee. And if you're thigh muscles are strong and if there is no pain in your knee,and also if there is no discomfort in walking or playing ..the surgery may not require..
