From 15 days I feel left big toe feel like little numb or bit heavy  or not ( like when we put ice)  when walking but I can feel complete touch and even feel pain from pins it is same as right leg toe. I am taking NUHENZ tablets from 2 months for B12 deficiency. I had tingling , pins and needles and burning which I get rarely now. I had body pain for some time in arm, leg feet. but now it is not there and no discoloring

Isolated numbness in a single toe generally does not occur due to any vitamin deficiency but is a result of nerve root problem for a particular dermatome from the spinal cord. Do extension (back bending) exercises, don't use soft thick mattresses for sleeping, don't sit for long in sofy cushioned sofas, keep your weight in control. If things don't improve seek consultation after necessary investigations like x ray lumbo sacral spine done. You may consult on Practo.

Severe Vit B12 deficiency can cause such symptoms. Continue with the medication as neuronal problems caused due to chronic deficiency states take quite some time to get better. As you're feeling better already,  it's a start for you. Consult if you need an opinion or for your queries.
