As you are saying its been more than 10 years your husband is using partial denture ,its quite natural that there might be some bone resorption at the edentulous area.
Also if any of adjacent teeth are extracted then the partial denture will become loose. kindly visit a dentist he may need new partial denture or some remodelling of the same

hello mam this is not a problem it is very natural that dentures gets dislodged with time because of intraoral pressure you can get it fixed by getting new fixed partial dentures or implants as per your wish
The gums resorb with time ,that's why the partial dentures have become loose.Get bridges( FPD) done for it ,it will last longer or if you can afford you can go for implants.
