Parkinson’s disease is a neuro-degenerative disorder affecting 45+ - but mostly the elderly. It presents with different combination of symptoms such as slowness of movement, increased rigidity, majority of cases with tremor and loss of postural reflexes. Homoeopaths treat the cases on the basis of degree of degeneration. The parameters are soft, rapid, indistinct speech, fixed or impaired posture, rapid small steps, reduced arm swing, impaired balance, tremors start initially from fingers and forearm which later may affect arms, legs tongue or jaw, rigidity of upper limbs or legs and impaired movements. There is very little scope of getting relief.
