My father is diagnosed of Parkinson's disease and the symptoms keep on increasing. There is no positive improvement but his health is only degrading

I can empathise with you... PD is a chronic and progressive degenerative disorder affecting motor system predominantly... But yes symptoms can be controlled with right use of medications...and to some extent behavioural modifications.. I think you should take a second opinion with a Neurologist or a Psychiatrist for the same.. Don't be disheartened.. It will help you for sure
