Paranoid hallucinations
My brother has been hallucinating extremely paranoid delusional and its getting worse. He has been prescribed a medication. My question is how do I get him to the doctors he thinks he is fine and he doesn't want to go.

After the effect of medications kick in, the delusions will go down a bit and ideally that will be the time when you can approach a psychologist for the help.

You must ensure the medication is taken regularly and review with the psychiatrist at appropriate times.
