Paracetamol overdose
Respected Doctor,
I had fever on 25th September and I took Dolo650 MG 4 times in 24 hours also I was took Nicip plus 3 times with cefixime 200 MG . Then I realised Nicip plus has paracetamol and I stopped taking it .
On 27th I was feeling bloating and dizziness for half hour after that nothing I'm better now but pain in body and tiredness sleepy sometimes.
Is it overdose of paracetamol and it would have damaged my liver ? I'm 21 years old and weight is 76 kg .
Please reply as it's important for me I'm tensed when I feel tired and sleepy. Thank you.
