Paracetamol liver failure
My friend took 12g of paracetamol 3 days ago and she didnt tell anyone for 3 days when she vomited . Now she is in coma the doctors are telling liver transplant. Is this the only option or will she recover without it??

Recovery from paracetamol toxicity depends on the LIVER FUNCTION and kidney function there are different stages of toxicity ,in the worst scenario liver transplant is an option.
