Azithromycin and paracetamol
Should i take Azithromycin and paracetamol at same time ? is there any kind of risk ? i have mild symtoms of covid 19 !

You can.
Ideally you must take azithral either before or after food. Food basically decreases it's absorption. Hence an hour before or after food is a good time to take it.
