Hi, Eating papaya daily in the first week of pregnancy is safe ? After confirmation of pregnancy positive is safe to eat papaya ? Any suggestions?

Hi good afternoon Thnxs for your question There is beliefs that papaiya can't eat in pregnancy. So if it's social beliefs than avoid it and eat other nutrients. If u can't take papaiya there will be nothing worng with baby. Raw papaya is definitely not to be eaten. Completely ripe one can be consumed in a limit to one bowl if you really want to eat.
