In pap smear their is negative for intraepithelial lesion and malignancy(nilm) but absent of endocervix and transformation zone component is it normal report??

Yes. Please also mention the age of the patient and her symptoms. Was the Pap smear done for "Annual Health Check up" or it was because of some symptoms.

Hello I am Dr. Sristi Ram Dhishana,  gync oncology from MPMMCC. Absent TZ zone management... get HPV done. If its negative then toutine screening. In case positive then cotesting in 1 yr.
